Lick And A Promise are a 5 piece covers band based in Thetford, Norfolk. Formed back in 2006 as a result of Craig Fletcher ( singer) and Charlie Avis (rythym Guitar) leaving there former bands Broadside and Ratzinasack.
The band has had a few personnel changes over the past 2 1/2 years and now have a line up to rival the best Norfolk has to offer.

Jeff Halpern - Drums
Our set comprises of 60's Rock and Roll ( Beatles, Stones etc) a large amount of 70's Classic Rock ( Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, Queen) 80's stadium and hair rock ( Bon Jovi, Whitesnake) 90's Rock and Britpop (Oasis, Pulp, Greenday) and Modern chart rock (Kaiser Chiefs, Kings of Leon etc)
We pride ourselves on providing our audience with a great choice of music, performed to a high standard whilst still maintaining a huge degree of fun in the band and not a boring act of 5 guys going thru the motions.
We have great stage presence and are always have as much fun as possible on stage. The aim is for us to enjoy our night out whilst you enjoy our music!
We do a good number of private parties and functions so you can be sure of a professional sound and a large number of songs you will be off your seat dancing to.
We also play at local pubs and are always received well and get plenty of repeat bookings due to our impressive set!
Charlie owns his own Music shop in Thetford ( The Rock Stop) so we do have an advantage of being able to get the best gear at knock down prices , and we think you will agree when you hear us that we do have a very good on stage sound due to using the best gear!
